Exporting a model manually from Maya :
You will have to export models in Collada 1.4 or OBJ format. When you export in OBJ, textures and/or materials should be in the same folder as the OBJ file whereas when you do the same in collada, textures may not be added to the same folder as the DAE file and you’ll have to find them.
Once you have the OBJ (or DAE) file and the material (or textures), zip the files together and log into Augment manager (manager.augment.com) to manually upload the zipped file. For more details, please check the article How to upload a model manually.
